By using RMDI's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Ownership and Use of Content
All content produced by RMDI, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and other media, are owned by RMDI. Clients may use the content for personal or commercial use but may not resell, sublicense or distribute the content to third parties without prior written consent from RMDI.
Payment and Refunds
RMDI requires payment upfront for all services. A refund will only be granted if a client cancels a shoot at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If RMDI cancels a shoot due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will work with the client to reschedule the shoot at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Liability and Indemnification
RMDI is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of revenue. Clients agree to indemnify and hold RMDI harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses resulting from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in a court of law in Colorado.
